How It Works:

1. Let's get to know your pup!

Answer a few questions about your pup, including their age, weight, activity level and potential concerns.

2. We formulate your pup's unique meal plan

Our proprietary algorithm will analyse your input and make diet recommendations specific to your pup.

3. Select the diet & flexible subscription plan

Select your pup's favourite diet and customise your subscription. Choose between weekly (7 days of food) or bi-weekly (14 days of food) deliveries, as well as full or half portions.

4. Place your order

Place your order by Thursday (11:59pm HKT) to ensure timely processing. Deliveries are scheduled for Tuesday.

5. Delivered frozen. Defrost & enjoy!

Frozen meals will be delivered straight to your doorstep. Upon delivery, store the food in the freezer to maintain freshness.
Before feeding, defrost the food. Once fully defrosted, it is ready to serve, as all our meals are pre-cooked and ready to eat. Heat it up for extra kisses and wags!
